ในวันที่ 18-22 กันยายน 2566 คณะวิทยาการจัดการ นำโดย ดร.รุชดี บิลหมัด รักษาการแทนรองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและคุณภาพหลักสูตร ดร.สิริวิท อิสโร รักษาการแทนรองคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์และบัณฑิตศึกษา และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วันอามีนา บอสตัน อลี รักษาการแทนผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาองค์กร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจาก Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia (GSB@USM) ณ ห้องประชุม ก215 โดยมีผู้ศึกษาดูงานจำนวน 14 ท่าน

ในครั้งนี้ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา การจัดประชุมวิชาการ และความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบัน อีกทั้งได้ทำกิจกรรมในชั้นเรียนร่วมกับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต วิชาเอกการจัดการไมซ์ ในรายวิชา 478-401 การวิจัยทางการจัดการไมซ์ 2 (Research in MICE Management 2) และ 478-405 การจัดการอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์อย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Management in MICE Industry) สอนโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วันอามีนา บอสตัน อลี อีกทั้งยังได้เข้าเยี่มชม การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติฉลองสิริราชสมบัติ ครบ 60 ปี และ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ โดยก่อนที่จะเดินทางกลับคณะดูงานจาก GSB@USM ยังได้ร่วมทำกิจกรรมภายใต้หัวข้อ “An Engagement Programme on Community Sustainovation” ณ ชายหาดสมิหลา ซึ่งในการมาเยือนคณะวิทยาการจัดการในครั้งนี้ ได้สร้างความประทับใจแก่คณะศึกษาดูงานจาก GSB@USM เป็นอย่างมาก

Delegates from the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) has visited the Faculty of Management Sciences from 18 to 22 September 2023 for a study visit. They were welcomed warmly by Dr. Ruchdee Binmad, Acting Associate Dean (Academic Affairs and Curriculum Quality), Dr. Siriwit Isaro (Acting Associate Dean for Strategy & Graduate Studies Department) and Assistant Professor Dr. Wanamina Bostan Ali (Acting Assistant Dean for Organization Development).
The discussion between FMS and USM was conducted tremendously and several matters have been discussed and agreed upon especially on graduate program management, organizing academic conferences, and cooperation between institutions. 14 delegates from USM participated in classroom activities with students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program, majoring in MICE Management in courses 478-401: Research in MICE Management 2 and 478-405: Sustainable Management in MICE Industry, both taught by Assistant Professor Dr. Wanamina Bostan Ali.
These delegates also visited the operations of the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne at the International Convention Center (ICC Hat Yai) and Prince of Songkla University Science Park. Besides that, they also took part in activities under the theme ‘Because the sea is life, Rescue the beach’ at Samila Beach. At the end of this visit, these delegates expressed their heartfelt gratitude to FMS for a fruitful visit and they are looking forward for a collaboration with FMS in the near future.
