คณะวิทยาการจัดการ เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมวิชาการ (INCBAA 2024)
วันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 คณะวิทยาการจัดการ จัดงานการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติและนานาชาติ ด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี 2567 The International and National Conference on Business Administration and Accountancy 2024 (INCBAA 2024) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “SDGs-ความท้าทายและโอกาสอนาคตการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน”ในรูปแบบ Hybrid Conference & On-site ณ โรงแรมคริสตัล หาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา
โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ธีรวัฒน์ หังสพฤกษ์ คณบดีคณะวิทยาการจัดการ กล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กุลวดี ลิ่มอุสันโน รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและยุทธศาสตร์ ประธานจัดงาน กล่าววัตถุประสงค์การจัดงานในครั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นเวทีให้ นักวิจัย อาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ ได้สรรค์สร้างผลงานวิจัยที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการใหม่ ๆ ทั้งในระดับองค์กร ชุมชน และประเทศ
และมีการบรรยายพิเศษ (Keynote Speech) ในหัวข้อ SDGs-ความท้าทายและโอกาสอนาคตการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ได้รับเกียรติจาก แพทย์หญิงเพชรดาว โต๊ะมีนา ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม นายวิโรจน์ นรารักษ์ รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ และนางสาวกุลวรา โชติพันธุ์โสภณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักสนับสนุนงานวิจัย สำนักงานพัฒนาการวิจัยการเกษตร (องค์การมหาชน) ร่วมเป็น (Keynote Speech)อีกทั้ง ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. นิวัติ แก้วประดับ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของหัวข้องานในครั้งนี้ว่า สำหรับนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ในปี 2566-2570 มีเป้าหมายขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยให้สร้างคุณค่าเพื่อประโยชน์แก่สังคมและความยั่งยืน โดยมีวิสัยทัศน์เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งคุณค่าเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนระดับแนวหน้าของโลก
การประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติและนานาชาติ ด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี (INCBAA 2024) ครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งที่ 4 เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง 4 สถาบันเครือข่ายอย่างต่อเนื่อง ประกอบด้วย คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ในปีนี้มีการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยจากนักวิจัยทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 108 ผลงาน ทั้งรูปแบบ Online & On-site โดยมีผลงานวิจัยในสาขาต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ การบัญชี การเงิน การตลาด การจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ การจัดการการท่องเที่ยว/MICE การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การจัดการ การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน
On February 23, 2024, the Faculty of Management Sciences hosted the International and National Conference on Business Administration and Accountancy 2024 (INCBAA 2024) under theme “SDGs – Challenges and Future Opportunities for Sustainable Development,” presented in a Hybrid Conference format and On-site at Crystal Hotel, Hat Yai Songkhla.
The opening remarks were given by Associate Professor Theerawat Hungsapruek, Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, followed by introductory remarks by Associate Professor Dr. Kulwadee Lim-U-Sanno, Chairman of the Conference. The aim was to provide a platform for researchers, professors, and students from various universities to create research contributing to the development of knowledge in business administration and accounting. This research is beneficial for fostering new management innovations at the organizational, community, and national levels.
A special lecture (Keynote Speech) was delivered on the topic “SDGs – Challenges and Future Opportunities for Sustainable Development” by Ms. Pecchdau Tohmeena, M.D. Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Mr. Wirot Nararak, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), Ms. Kunvara Chotpunsopon, Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization), and Assistant Professor Dr. Niwat Kaewpradab, President of Prince of Songkla University. The importance of the topic was emphasized in relation to the administrative policies and strategies of Prince of Songkla University for 2023-2027, aiming to drive the university to create value for the benefit of society and sustainability. The university’s vision is to be a leading institution driving sustainable development globally.
INCBAA 2024 collaborated with four educational institutions offering business administration programs from four regions of Thailand: the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting from Khon Kaen University, the Faculty of Business Administration from Chiang Mai University, the Faculty of Management Sciences from Prince of Songkla University, and the Faculty of Business Administration from Burapha University. This year we had 108 research presentations from local and international researchers. The research covered Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Tourism and Hospitality Management/MICE, Human Resources Management, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
