การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568
วันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2567 รองศาสตราจารย์ธีรวัฒน์ หังสพฤกษ์ คณบดีคณะวิทยาการจัดการ พร้อมด้วยรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กุลวดี ลิ่มอุสันโน รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและยุทธศาสตร์ ประชุมชี้แจง “การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนยุทธศาสตร์คณะวิทยาการจัดการ พ.ศ. 2566 – 2570” การประชุมชี้แจง ครั้งนี้ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจให้กับ ผู้บริหาร ผู้อำนวยการหลักสูตร หัวหน้างาน และบุคลากร เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและรับรู้ถึงเป้าหมายของแผนยุทธศาสตร์คณะ การมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดแผนปฏิบัติกการคณะวิทยาการจัดการ และขับเคลื่อนแผนไปสู่เป้าหมายของคณะได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลสูงสุด และปรับปรุงโครงการ / กิจกรรมตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ให้ดำเนินไปในทิศทางที่ตรงกับเป้าหมายของคณะวิทยาการจัดการ ในปีงบประมาณ 2568 ต่อไป

On 6 March 2024, Associate Professor Theerawat Hungsapruek, Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, along with Associate Professor Dr. Kulwadee Lim-U-Sanno, Associate Dean for Administration and Strategy, held a clarification meeting titled ‘Creating an action plan for the fiscal year 2025 in line with the Faculty of Management Sciences strategic plan 2023 – 2027.’ This clarification meeting aimed to foster understanding among the Executive Team, Program Directors, Heads of Supporting Staff, and Supporting Staff members attending. The goal was to ensure comprehension and awareness of the Faculty Strategic Plan, encouraging participation in formulating the operational plan for the Faculty of Management Sciences. The aim is to drive the plan towards the faculty’s goals with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, while also improving projects and activities in accordance with the strategic plan to align with the goals of the Faculty of Management Sciences for fiscal year 2025.
