Faculty of Management Sciences, Prince of Songkla University

FMS Graduate School

       The Faculty of Management Sciences Prince of Songkla University has been providing the graduate programs since 1989. The first program is the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in special program.  At the present, the Faculty of Management Sciences provide 7 graduate programs. The courses were founded during the following years:

1992: Master of Public Administration (M.P.A) program

1999: Master of Public Administration (MPA), Special Program, was expanded to Trang Campus

2000: Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program opened

2009: Master of Business Administration (International Program) (Special Program), Doctoral Degree in Management

2010: Master of Business Administration Program in Tourism Management (Special Program)

2011: Master of Accountancy (Special Program)

2013: Master of Accountancy (Full-Time Program)

2015: Master of Business Administration in Marketing (Special Program)

The Graduate School provides 7 graduate programs. However, the faculty suspended 2 courses which are the Master of Business Administration Program in Tourism Management (in the Academic year 2014) and the Master of Business Administration Program in Marketing (Special Program) (will be suspended in the academic year 2020).

The Faculty of Management Sciences has 5 graduate programs as follows;

Doctoral Degree, 1 course

Doctor of Philosophy in Management Program

Master Degree, consisting of 5 courses

1. Master of Business Administration Program

2. Master of Business Administration (International Program)

3. Master of Accountancy Program

4. Master of Public Administration Program

       The Faculty has a management structure by combining all 6 graduate programs and establishing under the name “The graduate Studies in Management Sciences (Establishment Project)”. The head of the department is the Associate Dean for Graduate Study and Digital Development whose main task is to coordinate in the management of graduate studies, maintain educational standards, ensure quality of education, and support research.
