Complainants must provide essential basic information such as name, surname, email, phone number, complaint details, date and time of incident, and related images (if any) for coordination and follow-up purposes.

Complainants must use polite language and comply with the law.

Filing a false complaint or distorting facts that may cause damage to others or intentionally harassing others may result in civil, disciplinary, and criminal liability.

In cases where the complainant does not provide sufficient information or remains anonymous, and Prince of Songkla University cannot contact for additional information, the university reserves the right not to consider such matters.
